Benchmarking public biotechnology policy: call for tender
The European Commission's Enterprise DG has issued a call for tenders for the benchmarking of public biotechnology policy. The aim of the contract is to provide European decision makers with a set of tools to assist them in creating policies in line with the communication 'Life sciences and biotechnology - a strategy for Europe'. These tools should be based on historical data and measure present and future data, as well as provide indications of historical trends. The contractor will be expected to provide the historical data and facilitate the first benchmarking exercise.
