Call for research exploitation strategy seminars
The European Commission's Research DG is inviting to enhance the potential impact of projects funded by one of the research programmes managed by the Industrial Technologies directorate. The aim is to identify factors which may limit a project's impact, make participants aware of those factors, and initiate a discussion on strategies to address the identified risks or problems. The assistance to be provided to the Commission for each project consists of two distinct parts: - a study on potential obstacles to the exploitation of the projects' results (internal obstacles, such as possible conflicts of interest between project partners, as well as external obstacles, such as legislative or normative influences, market evolution, development of other technologies to solve the same problem or address the same market, lack of training, lack of acceptance by society, etc.); - a seminar, animated by the expert who carried out this study, with the project partners, to develop an exploitation strategy which takes these risks into account. The initial contract foresees the provision of 45 seminars with an estimated total budget of 275,000 euro. One renewal to 90 seminars is possible. For further information, please contact: European Commission Directorate-General Research Directorate Industrial Technologies Office MO75 6/18 Attn: Stefaan Vandendriessche B-1049 Brussels Tel +32-2-295 9312 Fax +32-2-296 7023 E-mail: stefaan.vandendriessche@cec.eu.int To see the full details of the call, please consult the following web address: http://ted.publications.eu.int/static/doccur/en/en/53415-2004.htm(odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie)
