Call for Proposals Information Booklet for Network of Relay Centres
The European Commission, DG XIII, has published a Call for Proposals Information Booklet for the Network of Relay Centres. The programme launched a call for proposals on 17 January 1995 (OJ No C 12 of 17.1.1995). The information booklet provides all the information necessary for participating in the call, including: - Information on the objectives and content of the call and a description of the background to the Network of Relay Centres; - Specifications on the requirements that the candidate should meet in order to be considered as a Relay Centre, as well as the services that the Relay Centre would be expected to provide; - Submission, evaluation and selection procedures; - Model contract; - European Council Decision of 21 November 1994 concerning the rules for the participation of undertakings, research centres and universities in research, technological development and demonstration activities of the European Community.
