Environment research programme - Catalogue of contracts
The European Commission, DG XII, has published the second volume of its catalogue of contracts carried out under the Environment Research programme (1991-1994). This volume covers contracts in the area of "Technologies and engineering for the environment". It is divided into the following main areas: - Assessment of environmental quality and monitoring; - Technologies for protecting and rehabilitating the environment; - Major industrial hazards; - Environment protection and conservation of Europe's cultural heritage. The synopses include an outline of the project objectives and a brief description of the work carried out. They also contain a list of participants and contact information for each project.
