Telematics for Libraries - Links to public library services
The European Commission's "Telematics for Libraries" Unit, part of DG XIII, has established a WWW page on the I'M Europe WWW server providing links to public library information, projects and services. The page has been established in support of PUBLICA, a concerted action which will support the development and enhancement of public library services throughout the EU. It currently provides links to studies and support actions, European projects in the sector (both current and completed), information for public libraries and individual public libraries. The Commission intends to add further links to the page when new sites are identified, particularly once PUBLICA officially begins its work.
