Guide to funding for Information Society projects
The Information Society Project Office (ISPO), a joint activity between DG III and DG XIII of the European Commission, has produced a brochure outlining existing sources of financing for projects relating to the development of the Information Society. The brochure, "Financial instruments for Information Society projects and actions", provides an overview of the many European programmes and initiatives aimed at ensuring a smooth transition to the Information Society. It includes a short summary of each programme or initiative, highlighting their relevance to the Information Society, thus allowing readers to more easily identify possible sources of funding.
