The European Training Foundation has published an invitation to tender for a pilot project on the financing of vocational training systems in Azerbaijan and Belarus.

The contract to be awarded is for a small-scale project investigating the financing of vocational training systems in Azerbaijan and Belarus; comparing different vocational education and training financing systems and models with those currently applied in these countries; increasing project planning skills of the partner countries' experts and allowing them to take informed decisions about the most viable options for vocational education and training financing in their countries.

The contract will last for eight months, starting in early June 1997.
