The European Commission, DG III, has published an invitation to tender, within the framework of the Interchange of Data between Administrations (IDA) programme, concerning information on the export and return of cultural objects unlawfully removed from the territory of a Member State.

The contractor will be required to analyse the current situation, prepare technical specifications and implement a pilot project for the telematic exchange of notifications related to cultural objects unlawfully removed from Member States.

The contract should be completed within 18 months.
