Support towards STD/HIV/AIDS in Nepal
The European Commission, DG VIII, has published a call for expressions of interest relating to the provision of support towards STD/HIV/AIDS in Nepal. The contract, relating to the project 'Support towards STD/HIV/AIDS in Nepal', will consist of a combination of services, including: technical assistance, supply of equipment, performance of a training programme and operations research. The successful tenderer will be responsible for the implementation and follow-up of project activities working in close cooperation with Nepal's Ministry of Health. To this end, the successful tenderer will provide two experts for the project for short-term technical assistance assignments and the supervision and technical follow-up of the project. The project may be extended beyond the duration of this contract. The contract is expected to cover a period of three years, with an estimated budget of ECU 986,000, including ECU 136,850 for the provision of technical assistance services.
