From Healthy Eating...to Healthy Farming
The second Agrosante forum claims that to improve the health and well being of humans, we need to develop an agriculture focused on health. This theme will be developed during 11 different seminars run by organisations such as the Dutch research group TNO, the Inter university Consortium for Agricultural & related sciences in Europe (ICA), the French Institute of nutrition (IFN), the French National institute of agronomical research (INRA), the Pasteur institute of Lille (IPL), the National institute of agronomy from ParisGrignon (INA-PG) and also universities of Iowa State, California-Berkley, Missouri and Cork. Presentations, exhibition stands, workshops and tasting sessions will give food professionals the opportunity to find new partners, identify new markets and promote their company and their products. ,The Agrosante Forum, running from 1-2 April in Beauvais, France, is aiming to bring together the food, feed and pet food industries, raw materials producers, distributors, health professionals (nutritionists, doctors, vets, public health managers), pharmaceutical companies, agriculture professionals and international research centres.
