Biological harmful effects of PEMR (Pulsed ElectroMagnetic Radiations) of CRT's screens : computers, TV, etc.
Please find on our web-site(odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie) updated information and publication references of scientific experimentations on the detrimental effects of the Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Fields (PEMF) emitted by all cathodic screens: computers, video games, and/or T.V. receptors (at a short distance) on adults and children. Not measurable with the classic detection apparatus (as was radio-activity at the time of H. Becquerel), they can only be brought to evidence by their action on « biological models » (cf. newsletter BEMS/102- Prof. Carl Blackmann-USA) Since January 1993, the directive of the European Community No. 90-270 and the Ministerial decree of application 91-451, published in the French Official Journal of 16/5/1991*, imposes in all the EC, the obligation for all employers to identify the detrimental effects and protect their personnel from the PEMF of the computers, engaging their liability in case of their personnels exposure to these effects and the French Ministry of Works November 91 circular, make it compulsory for work inspectors to apply this decree. Since 01/01/03 insurance companies refuse to cover the civil responsibilities in case of liabilities, health diseases or harmful effects, dues to PEMR or CEM. Published in February 1995, the « TEC 2 report » signed by 79 French medical occupational health doctors* showed a significant increase of neuro-psychological disturbances in human-adults, after 4 hours of screen exposure, which is understandable in view of the OMS/99* publication showing an inversion of adrenalin excretion curves after 4 hrs of exposure, which helps us understand the problems provoked in children who have a quicker reaction, but for whom no legal disposition has been taken to protect them even though they are particularly sensitive. These studies were confirmed by that of Dr. V. Martine-Baumgartner, Occupational Health Doctor of the Thalès Group (France) published by the selection committee of the Medical Congress of Occupational Health « Mediterranean 2001 ». It should also be noted that after 4 hours per day of working in front of a screen, that Professor Mikolajczyck (Poland) and Dr. Marilyn Goldhaber (USA) recorded an increase respectively + 125% and + 100% of the risks of miscarriages, especially during the first weeks of pregnancy, that the Dr. L. Abenhaïma published an « alert notice » on this subject in 1989, and that only after 5 days of exposure to a cathodic screen, that chick embryos showed an increase of more than 60% of congenital malformations (whereas those who were « protected » showed no increase) Unexplainable fatigue, hormonal disturbances (menstruation cycle), insomnia, aggressiveness, decreased productivity, a deterioration of the immune system, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) Musculo-Skeletal Problems (MSP) can therefore be the consequences of the PEMF actions on human beings, and annihilation of the results of « alternative » medication (homeopathy, acupuncture etc ) For pre-pubescent children : school results divided by 3, a threefold increase in irritability, aggressiveness which can sometimes incite a treatment of chemical medication, which can create a need for more aggressive drugs after their puberty : see extract of Pr. Rufos (France) report 1990 However we are in the century of the screens and no-one can/wants to go without them. After 10 years of research (entirely auto-financed without any outside help), we conceived and developed protection elements eliminating 100 % of these biological harm factors. Several scientific experiments carried out in our laboratory « qualified ISO 9001-2000 » for « research, development, production, technology innovation » have been reproduced by researchers and doctors belonging for the most part to official organisations of 6 countries (France, USA, Germany, Italy, Ukraine, Russia) on various biological models (in-vitro and in-vivo) & on 120 adult volunteers at the University of Kiev. It must be known that the human body has 3 types of cells particularly sensitive: the eyes, the ovaries, and testicles. To show the link between PEMF and cell deterioration, biopsies of human testicles were put into culture, which were in turn exposed to the PEMF of a « low radiation » computer (standard MPRII & TCO95) with identical radiation measurements in front of an « unprotected » and a « protected » screen: 13V/M & 50nT. After 24 hours of exposure to unprotected screen, the apoptosis & necrosis (i.e. mortality and cellular degeneration) increased by more than + > 300% in comparison to the non-exposed cultures, but also in comparison with the cultures that were exposed and protected by the « EMF-Bioshield® » elements thus proving the effectiveness of these protections. Furthermore, the ACR « Auriculair-Cardial-Reflex » of Doctor Paul Nogier shows that the vital field (as per the terminology of Professor Saxon Burr/USA) or energetic field (as per the terminology of Professor Regis Dutheil France, or Fritz Popp Germany) or « Chi » (under Chinese medicine) is destroyed at 75% on a human adult after 8 hours of working in front of a cathodic screen, which necessitates 150% of the time passed in front of the screen to regenerate. It is destroyed at 90% if the operator works in front of 2 cathodic screens. It then takes 200% of the time passed in front of the screens to regenerate. These difficult delays to be respected should be at the origin of the Chronic Fatigue Syndrom (CFS), which attacks more and more young office workers. All human beings exposed in front of one (or several) screens equipped with the protection elements EMF-Bioshield® do not show any alteration in their vital fields (or energetic) at the end of 8 hours of working time in front of the protected screen.
