The European Public Space Observatory; Assembling Information that Allows the Monitoring of European Democracy

The research carried out by the project concentrated on three key areas:,(1) institutional opportunities for participation and contestation at the level of policy;,(2) the emergence of a European political class;,(3) the development of a revised assessment framework for a democratic audit of the European Union.
The meeting is scheduled to take place on the 18th June 2004 and will last from 10.00 to 16.00 hours.
