Diagnostics transfer for business

A two-day residential meeting on diagnostics transfer for business (DTB'98) will be held in Coventry, United Kingdom, on 12 and 13 October 1998. The aim of this event is to stimulate dialogue between research and commercial organisations and to encourage collaborative partnerships within the diagnostics industry.

The event will comprise a series of plenary lectures, brokerage sessions between buyers and sellers, finishing with a "master class" on selling technology. The plenary sessions will cover the following:

- Future analytical challenges;
- Changes in the UK diagnostics industry;
- The innovation bi-cycle;
- Technology transfer.
