PROREC promotes electronic health-care records

EuroRec '99, the Third European Conference on Electronic Health Care Records, will take place in Seville, Spain, on 6 and 7 May 1999.
Organised by the Fourth Framework Programme project, PROREC (Promotion Strategy for European Electronic Healthcare Records), it will cover research and standardisation and describe progress and challenges in implementation of electronic health-care records.
Among the speakers is Ilias Iakovadis of the European Commission, (DG XIII), and , for those who wish to submit papers, they should submit abstracts by 28 February 1999.
