COST holds workshop in Neuchatel

The International COST 254 workshop on intelligent communication technologies and applications with emphasis on mobile communications will take place in Neuchatel; Switzerland, between 5 and 7 May 1999. The Institute of Microtechnology at the University of Neuchatel has released a second announcement and call for papers for the event.
