Final Meeting of NovelQ Industry Advisory Platform

In March 2011, the EU funded Integrated Project ‘Novel Processing Methods for the Production and Distribution of High-Quality and Safe Foods (NovelQ)’ will finish. During the project, many new scientific insights have been gained and new proofs-of-principle demonstrated in the areas of novel processing and packaging. At the final Industry Advisory Platform meeting, these outcomes will be presented in exhibition style at the NovelQ technology market with real products, pilot and small-scale technologies, demonstrations of software tools, posters and interactive discussion sessions.
