Addressing the needs of SMEs

A transnational dissemination conference at the University of Plymouth, UK, on 31 August and 1 September 1999 will be a significant opportunity to share progress in the development of training and information products, delivered to respond to the needs and constraints faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Organized by the ADAPTthroughRATIO Project Office, the conference will include the following subjects:

- Identifying needs;
- Supporting learners and users;
- Achieving business results in SMEs;
- Exploring telematic delivery approaches;
- Developing new multimedia products.
