HECTOR - telematics to improve emergency healthcare

The results of the European project HECTOR (Health emergency care through telematics operational resources) will be presented at a conference in Paris on 17 June 1999. The HECTOR project was supported by the Telematics Applications programme within the European Commission's Fourth RTD Framework Programme.
