Second announcement for ELOISE meeting

The organisers of the third open science meeting for the ELOISE project on European land-ocean interaction studies have published a second announcement for event, which is scheduled from 1 to 4 December 1999 in Noordwijkerhout, The Netherlands.
Scientific results from fifteen major European projects will be synthesised at the meeting and there will be special theme sessions on a number of important problems in coastal zone science and management.
