Innovation management techniques

The German organisation, ZENIT, is organising a workshop on innovation management to be held in Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany, during the afternoon of 28 September 1999.

The workshop will focus on four main topics:

- Creativity techniques;
- Project management;
- Assessment of innovation potential;
- Search for innovation and evaluation of innovation.

Each topic will be briefly outlined and the methods applicable to them will be discussed.
