Your chance to impress at the European Investment Forum
The principle aim of the event is to connect companies with investors. Sponsored by the European Commission, it is Europe's largest pan-European investment forum.
Companies who innovate in the converging information or communications technology sectors and are looking for significant growth capital for which they already have a business plan, are being sought by the organisers. Potential exhibitors should submit their business plan by the end of October.
The highlight of the event will be the venture presentations of the 40 chosen entrepreneurs, but there will be much more besides.
Erkki Liikanen, Commissioner for Enterprise and Information Society, will open the event. High level officials from the European Commission and private enterprise will also be on hand.
Keynote presentations will include venture capital and technology in Europe; tech entrepreneurship today: lessons learned from success and past experience; the technology investment outlook: winning product/market combinations; venture capital: the added-value you should expect; and industrial partnering: making it work.
