EARMA one-day training course

EARMA (the European Association of Research Managers and Administrators) is organising a one-day training course on how to negotiate, administer, manage and finish an EU R&D contract, in Brussels on 28 October 1999. The course is based on the experiences of the management of thirty EU R&D projects and on the contractual requirements of the EU's Fifth RTD Framework Programme.

The course will cover:

- From proposal to the first payment;
- Negotiating the contract;
- How to administer an EU R&D contract;
- How to manage an EU R&D contract;
- R&D issues for research managers;
- How to finish an EU R&D contract;
- Case studies.
