EISCO 2000 is a conference on the efficient management of local and regional governments through ICT innovation organised by the Council of European Municipalities and Regions. It will be held in Torremolinos, Spain, on 29 to 31 March.
The event is a European Local Authorities Telematic network Initiative, supported by the European Commission and the Disputaciòn Provincial de Malaga.
The provisional agenda includes a number of case studies, panel discussions and speeches dedicated to improving the use of innovation communications technologies in local and regional governments in Europe.
