Digital Documents and Electronic Publishing Conference

The eighth biennial Digital Documents and Electronic Publishing Conference will be held in Munich, Germany, from 13 to 15 September 2000 to promote the exchange of information on computer production, manipulation and dissemination of documents.

DDEP 00 will reflect the changing nature and usage of documents in the Information Society by treating digital documents and electronic publishing as a broad topic covering many aspects. This includes document models, document representation and dissemination, dynamic and hyper documents, document analysis and management and wide-ranging applications. There will also be sessions on digital typography.

Two other conferences will take place alongside the event, PODDP (Principles of Digital Document Processing) and D-CSCW (the German conference on Supported Cooperative Work).
