Women engineers from all over the world will descend on Braunschweig on September 15 to 17 to participate in the 'Women in engineering - preparing the future' conference.
It will be the tenth congress of this sort and the first world exhibition in Germany. It aims to increase international cooperation between the participants as well as providing an analysis of the personal and professional situation of women engineers.
The programme will take in issues such as the effects of virtual enterprises, look at case studies from around the world, and tackle issues such as mobility in the future.
