Governance in the Brave new e-world

On 17 and 18 May 2001 Maastricht will host a conference on the 'brave new e-world: the implementation of e-government in local and regional authorities in Europe'. The event is being organised for the first time by the European institute of public administration (EIPA) in Maastricht and its antenna, the European centre for the regions (EIPA-ECR) in Barcelona, with the support of Cap Gemini Ernst and Young, (the Netherlands).
