Conference addresses European transport safety

The European Transport Forum (ETF) will hold a conference addressing the question 'European transport safety at stake?' on 7 May in Brussels.

The event will bring together decision makers and stakeholders to discuss transport safety issues and trends in all transport modes. The sector is undergoing a number of changes as sustainable development becomes a priority, but safety, naturally, remains a central concern.

A number of speakers, including representatives from the European Commission, will address themes such as road safety and technology, rail transport and interoperability, air traffic management and EU marine policy and technology.For further information, please see the
