Consortium agreements within FP6 - workshop

Singleimage Ltd are organising a workshop on consortium agreements within the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6), to take place on 12 June in Cambridge, UK.

The workshop will focus on issues of governance and decision taking within consortia under the new framework programme, and will also analyse new rules concerning intellectual property rights and financial liability.

Other activities include:
- a detailed analysis of the Commission's new model contract and its implications for consortium agreements;
- an introduction to the decision making framework with a focus on integrated projects;
- options for handling intellectual property and financial management.
