Regional workshop on diet and health for the oil and wine industries

The Tuscan regional agricultural and regional sanitary agencies are organising a workshop entitled 'Diet and health: the case of oil and wine', which will take place on 5 May in Florence, Italy.
The main aim of the event is to inform participants of opportunities for collaboration under the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6), with a particular focus on the food quality and safety thematic priority.
Presentations and speeches will also look at the new instruments of FP6 and opportunities for collaboration under the CRAFT programme for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).
The event is intended for private enterprises, particularly SMEs, and research institutions from the region of Tuscany. All presentations will be given in Italian.For further information, please consult the following web address:
