European microbiologists and entrepreneurs meet to prepare innovative project proposals

A brokerage event entitled 'EuroMicroDay2003' will take place on 29 June in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
The event will bring together European scientists and entrepreneurs on microbiology to prepare innovative project proposals for the following programmes: the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6); the European Cooperation in the field of scientific and technical research programme (COST); the international association for the promotion of cooperation with scientists from the New Independent States (NIS) of the former Soviet Union (INTAS); and the pan-European network for market-oriented, industrial research and development (EUREKA); NATO sciences.
Specialised workshops and poster sessions will be organised throughout the day, providing participants with an opportunity to discuss specific project calls with potential partners.
The event is being organised by the Slovenian Ministry of Education, Science and Sport, the Ministry of Economy and the federation of European microbiological societies.For further information, please visit:
