Business intelligence conference

The EU thematic network on business intelligence, VERITE, will hold the conference 'For intelligent organisations: methods and tools of business intelligence' on 16 October in Vitoria, Basque Country, Spain.

Technological advances have led to new business demands and an ever-increasing amount of data, often resulting in information overload. Agility is essential for businesses to cope with these new challenges and to deliver the right information to the right people at the right time.

The main themes to be addressed at the conference are:

- management and organisation of business intelligence practice;
- information technologies in the service of business intelligence;
- the state of technology watch in Spain;
