International conference and exhibition on micro- and nanoelectronics

An international conference on micro- and nanoelectronics will take place from 4 to 10 October in Moscow, Russia.

The aim of the conference is to present the recent progress in micro- and nanoelectronics technologies, physics and devices.

An exhibition will also take place, featuring some of the latest micro- and nanoelectronic equipment and devices.
