Seminar on e-business regulations

The UK's society of advanced legal studies is organising a seminar entitled 'e-business: a regulatory nightmare?', to take place on 9 October in London.

The event will present an overview of the full range of regulatory aspects related to e-business, such as the personal liability of directors, the legality of e-mail communications and the general risks of online trading.
