Mapping excellence in accession countries

A conference entitled 'supporting centres of excellence in accession states' will take place on 22 and 23 January 2004 in Vienna, Austria.
The main aim of the conference will provide policy makers from accession countries with information on the methodology of benchmarking and the mapping of excellence.
The conference is being organised by the RECORD project consortium - an EU project funded under the STRATA programme (strategic analysis of specific political issues) of the Fifth Framework Programme (FP5).
