Training course on management of risk in research projects

EARMA, the European association of research managers and administrators, and the Karlsruhe Research Centre are organising a training course on the management of research project risk, to take place on 8 and 9 November in Karlsruhe, Germany.
The level of risk in research and development (R&D) projects is usually high or very high, particularly in contractual, scheduling and financial areas, and even more so in certain risk-inherent fields of science and technology.
The training course will provide a theoretical background, risk management tools and other specific skills on the basis of experienced gained in successfully completed projects.
