A workshop on "Degradation and conservation of granite rocks in monuments" will take place in Santiago de Compostella, Spain, on 28-30 November 1994.
The workshop will consist of five technical sessions comprising presentations of Community-funded research projects in this area, including:
- Conservation of granite rocks with application to megalithic monuments;
- Granite materials and historical monuments: study of weathering mechanisms and application to historical heritage conservation.
