Careers and environment: The evolution of the environmental profession in Europe

A one-day conference on "Careers and environment: The evolution of the environmental profession in Europe" will take place in Geneva, Switzerland, on 30 June 1995. It is organized by the European Environmental Management Association (EEMA) and the European Association for Environmental Management Education (EAEME).

The aim of the conference is to identify actual marketplace needs and how emerging trends will affect required competences for environmental professionals. Prominent speakers will exchange their views in the form of two panel discussions on:

- Needs and competences for the environmental profession;
- Future trends and career opportunities in environmental management.
