SYNERGY conference on "Gas, oil and electricity interconnections in the Balkans"

In the framework of the SYNERGY programme for energy cooperation with third countries, a conference on "Gas, oil and electricity interconnections in the Balkans" will take place in Thessaloniki, Greece, on 16-17 October 1995.

The following sessions will take place:

- Energy interconnection: A means for regional and pan-European energy integration;
- Problems, needs and experience from the past in Balkan interconnection;
- Round table discussions: Balkan energy interconnections;
- Future interconnection plans and projects;
- Financial aspects of Balkan energy interconnections.
