Workshop on training concerning electronic information provision

The European Commission, DG XIII/E, is organizing a workshop on training concerning electronic information provision to be held in Luxembourg on 19-20 July 1995. The objective of the workshop is to draw conclusions from education and training projects financed within the IMPACT 2 programme (Information Market Policy Actions for the establishment of an internal information services market, 1991-1995), with a view to defining a strategy for future education and training initiatives concerning electronic information provision.

The workshop will bring together experts from various industrial sectors, the information industry and the education sector as well as from relevant Commission programmes such as SOCRATES, LEONARDO and the proposed INFO2000 programme.
