Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids

A seminar on "Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids" will take place in Vannes, France, on 11-12 June 1997. The seminar is being organized by ARCHIMEX (Centre de recherche et de formation en chimie d'extraction), with support from the Innovation Relay Centre for the Brittany, Lower Normandy and Loire regions of France.

The aim of the seminar is to specify the physical and chemical properties, and the physiological effects, of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) and to demonstrate their potential for industrial developments in the food, dietetic, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.
