INFOSYSTEM '97 - HI TECH, the eleventh international exhibition of information systems and high technology products, will take place in Thessaloniki, Greece, from 1 to 5 October 1997.
The exhibition will have parallel sections for Greek exhibitors and international exhibitors. High tech products and services in fields such as integration, software, home computing, supplies, retail sales, office machines, wholesale firms, and education will be exhibited. A wide range of trade visitors will attend the exhibition, which will also be open to the general public.
In addition to the exhibition, there will also be a conference on the theme "Public sector reform and the role of Greek information technology companies". Speakers at this will include Greek government officials and representatives of the European Commission. The Commission will also be represented in the exhibition with a stand showing successful projects supported under the ESPRIT programme.
