An international symposium on "Terminology in Advanced Microcomputer Applications", TAMA'98, will take place in Vienna, Austria, on 15-16 January 1998. The symposium, organized by the International Network for Terminology (TermNet), will present the latest development in selected terminology management software and related applications.
TAMA'98 will provide a competitive overview of the latest features of terminology-related software available on the market or currently being developed. It will constitute a comprehensive tool for those participants who envisage introducing computer-assisted terminology into their activities, who are considering a change or upgrade in the system they currently use, or who are simply interested in the state-of-the-art of terminology software.
The symposium will be complemented by individual software demonstrations, mini workshops and an exhibition of terminology software, as well as related services and publications.
