Technical development projects
TOP is a credit scheme for individual companies (sme's). Credit is given to the development of technical innovations with a high risk. Conditional pay back arrangement. In 2001 12% of the budget went to projects on production technology (5 Million EUR). Funding: 25% of technological development costs, maximum of 5 million EUR per project. Total budget in 2001 41 Million EUR

No subdivisions. The credit scheme is generic. Nanotechnology projects, materials projects as well as projects on production processes can be financed.
