By utilizing PML’s intelligent adaptive learning and decision making, a vehicle can classify other vehicles/RSUs through its initiated or received information in hybrid V2I and V2V networks. The negative selection of AIS allows to tackle the self and non-self (or foreign) problem hence complementing PML techniques and further improving malicious detection.
