Transformative outlook for P8/THA
Policy brief 1

Policy brief 1 will feature a presentation of the policy challenges addressed through RRILEADERS drawing upon findings from WP2 It will further reflect on the policy insights from the Delphi results in WP3 and how these will be used to shape up the next stage of the cocreation processes

Communication and dissemination plan and results

The Communication and Dissemination Plan will specify the key communication and dissemination objectives main messages the best channels and tools to use and identify key target audiences based on their needs absorptionofinformation capacity and potential to contribute to the RRILEADERS project The deliverable will be reviewed and updated every six months

Compendium of territorial reports with orientations for the development of the transformative outlooks

The deliverable combines together each territorial report from task 33 with orientations for the development of concrete realistic and feasible transformative outlooks in WP4

Vision for RRI as a Territorial Policy Leadership Framework

This deliverable will present a shared vision of how leadership can be considered an important dimension in RRI-AIRR as a policy framework being applied to a territorial context where public leadership and management could lead to governance innovations. The Vision will elaborate specific recommendations for considering territorial RRI-AIRR as a strategic orientation, with a view of contributing to the development of the Missions and Working Programmes within Horizon Europe.

Transformative outlook for P9/PES SL
RRI Review Reports - compendium of the individual reports of the involved territories

The deliverable combines together in a synthesis report individual analytical reports for each participating territory on the stateofplay in regard to RRI keys and AIRR dimensions The report is a key input for WP3 and WP4

Report on results of Delphi survey per policy area and per RRI key

This deliverable presents the results of the Delphi survey rounds in WP3 per policy area and per RRI key

Report on the RRI policy discourse in the involved territories

This deliverable will includeisummary of findings from the documentary analyses of the involved territoriesiisynthesis of workshop discussionsiiireflection findings and conclusions on the embeddedness of RRIAIRR approach in the territorial policies with a particular focus on the chosen policy areas

Map on stakeholder relationships and interdependencies and report on stakeholder need, interest, power and influence

Deliverable D21 will provide a systematic categorisation of relevant stakeholders and recommendations for participants on the DELPHI panels in WP3

Communication and dissemination promo packages

The deliverable will combine a set of promotional materials to be used in communication with stakeholders and for dissemination purposes

Report on Case Narratives

The deliverable will combine together the four qualitative evaluation case studies - one for each of the participating territories. Each case will form a separate chapter. An introductory chapter will be included to offer a comparative summary of the cases and to summarise key evaluation findings.

Transformative outlook for P6/LGA-WM
Initial Delphi questionnaire

This deliverable is the initial Delphi questionnaire that meets the needs and interests of methodology partners and territorial partners It will be distributed to the participants in the Delphi panels

Policy brief 2

Policy brief 2 will introduce the policy learnings emerging from the final stage of the co-creation processes in WP4, also outlining the transformative outlooks’ RRI-AIRR relevance to the policy area chosen by each territory. The policy brief will conclude with highlights of the vision for RRI as a territorial policy leadership framework, as elaborated in task 5.3.

Summary report on endorsement of transformative outlooks

The report will combine the summary reports prepared by territorial partners with details on how the Transformative Outlooks have been endorsed and what commitments have been made.

Transformative outlook for P7/SDA
Synthesis report on individual partner internal review reports, with the internal RRI review reports of the RRI-LEADERS partners as individual chapters

The deliverable is a synthesis report combining individual partner reports outlining the areas for targeted measures toward integrating RRIAIRR approach in their internal policies and practices

Conference report

The deliverable will provide a summary of conference proceedings and deliberations. along with the key policy messages delivered during the conference.

Methodological guidelines for the organisation of citizen review panels

This deliverable will provide the guidelines for partners on organising the final stage of the RRI-LEADERS co-creation process based on a review and validation of the prepared transformative outlooks by citizens.

The project will set up its own dedicated website following original visual identity guidelines

Social media directory and records

A list of social media accounts and regular reporting on performance and metrics during the project implementation.
