To ensure a tailored program for certain stakeholders during the engagement program in the NL BE and PT and additional contact points with these stakeholders outside these events an engagement plan document will be specifically designed for three countries DMEC NL WAVEC PT and BA BE Success Indicator Comprehensive document for the implementation of those engagement events between all partners Linked to task 25
Robotics monitoring plan for the demonstratorsThis deliverable will focus on planning the robotics monitoring activities on BE and PT demos It will describe the robotic assets the capabilities and the applicability for monitoring environmental and OM aspects that will be also defined within the scope of task 54
LCOE Analysis for baseline project scenariosLCOE Analysis for baseline project scenarios Baseline financial models built in the Exceedence software and exported to a summary report for a range of combined offshore renewable energy projects based on data provided by the consortium partners and from wider industry information Success Indicator Baseline financial models produced and agreed by the consortium
User requirements and specification documentUser requirements and specification document The EXC team will gather the requirements of key user personas within the consortium and document these requirements into a set of userstories that will guide the software development team in what features need to be builtSuccess Indicator Final specification document successfully capturing all key user requirements with minimal changes required to the design once it has been presented to the consortium partners for testing
EU resource overlap mapsThis deliverable will examine the renewable energy overlap of stochastic conditions the analysis will consider different time windows for the base resource and assess its complementarity with other stochastic renewables Aim of the deliverable is the estimation of overlap and production of mean maps that indicate to which extend each resource is connected in terms of potential will be provided It is expected that the wind and wave resources will produce higher interest due to their temporal variability However peak solar performance will also be analysed in terms of overlap with wind andor wave
Analysis of coarse wind-wave-solar data to provide reconnaissance of the resources, over Europe. Intra-annual and seasonal means will be estimated, the maps according to international standards. Aim of the package is to produce coarse, only useful as first layer reconnaissance data to identify potential areas of interest, that benefit from higher fidelity and more detailed models.
Promotion material, including brochures, articles, presentationsa) Establishment of the projects identity (logo, website, internal & external communication/document templates). Having the project website online. b) To streamline communication and have one common appearance. c) Linked to task 2.7.
