A comprenhensive training plan will be released for its execution during project implementationThe plan will include the following features1 A training pathway for early researchers including short stages in other partners premises to learn specific techniques a twoweek training on IPRs issues open access FAIR principles and data management 2 A sciencetobusiness focusedoriented training for the key people within the SME A4Cell to learn about the financial and managerial issues in a startup and a specific course on how to attract investors and secure privatefunding will be provided 3 Each partner will organize specific training or workshops in their domains to allow scientists from other partners to deepen its knowledge in such domains Training sessions will be carried out throughout the project execution
