The DMP, as part of making research data findable, accessible, interoperable and re-usable (FAIR), will include information on the handling of research data during and after the end of the project; what data will be collected, processed and/or generated; which methodology & standards will be applied; whether data will be shared/made open access and how data will be curated and preserved (including after the end of the project). Document will be revised towards the end of the project.
The report will contain the periodic reporting on the communication and dissemination activities. Description of the conferences, international events and other events, where the consortium took part, or publications made by the consortium members.
D9.2 - Project Management planPlanning and description of the coordination activities with reference to the project monitoring. In particular with reference to the interrelation between the work packages of the project and technical advances in each work package through a close interaction with all work package leaders. The report will contain also the activities that will be performed for the observation of external developments in order to introduce the necessary actions for strategic adaptation of the project.
D8.3 - IPR and Exploitation set-upA complete Exploitation Plan and a roadmap for the follow-up after project ending, which will integrate results from the Market Analysis, IPR management strategies, ownership, and governance as well as a Business Plan.
D8.1. - Innovation eco-system including gender dataThe report will contain a systematic stakeholder analysis and will identify the most important organisations within and around the sHYpS value chain and will assess their position towards the projec. When looking into this eco-system, the gender issue will be disaggregated to deliver an accurate mapping and overview.
D8.2 - Dissemination and Communication PlanThe report will contain a description of the dissemination and communication plan set up for the project. The plan will include the following elements:•A roadmap of main interesting channels, conferences, or any international event (fairs, expositions, etc.) where the project could be promoted and disseminated.•The “branding” of the project (including visual Logo, pay-off(s), dissemination lay-outs, templates of leaflets, newsletters, website, documents, etc.•A comprehensive schedule of the dissemination activities of the project, with details on the timing, the roles of involved partners (or external contributors), stakeholders’ groups to be targeted and tools to be used, etc.
D9.3 - Quality management planThe quality management plan will describe the actions that will be taken for the project continuous checking for results and that the achievements are in line with the objectives and standards fixed. and to ensure that the project orientations, activities and outcomes are efficiently answering the needs of the European community. Also, the objective is to ensure a timely completion of all deliverables in accordance with the work plan and provide quality information. The general processes for quality management, includes the definition of a quality assurance plan.
