Dissemination, communication and exploitation package - RP1

The package will contain all dissemination products prepared during RP1: 1) all promotional materials developed; 2) snapshots describing main sections of the project website; 3) reference regarding social media used, EC dissemination tools employed and any radio and TV broadcasting; 4) text of all the press releases published and the press conferences organized and related press review; 5) agenda of the attended events external to the project and the presentations given; 6) agenda, presentations, and participants’ satisfaction questionnaires regarding project events organized in P1; 7) references to all publications produced in the reporting period; 8) information on liaison activities.

Recommendation to improve research management and administration in WB

It will contain detailed report on all the activities performed in the WP. The final section will contain a set of recommendation to be disseminated towards other WB HEIs, RPOs and RFOs facing similar problems.

Interim report and evaluation on the expertise development activities

The deliverable will contain a detailed description of all WP activities, paying particular attention to the setting up of the new Unit at SSST.

Final guidelines and recommendation on EDI

The document will contain the final outcomes of EDIRE research component: guidelines and advice for the national and international political institutions in order to facilitate the uptake of the project results and its sustainability, as well as policy suggestions specifically intended for facilitating the adoption of EDI approaches in the WB and in the EU.

Preliminary guidelines and recommendation on EDI

The Deliverable will build on the preliminary research findings (D2.1) validated and refined following the consultation process envisaged in T2.2.

Dissemination and Communication package - RP2

It will include all item types above for RP2.

Harmonised GEPs report

Harmonised GEPs report (M10) will contain an analysis of good practices for preparing GEPs in line with EDI principles capitalising on the EDIRE partners experiences and on the outcomes of the contents of the preliminary guidelines and recommendation on EDI to be ready by M7.
