This deliverable will specify the overarching methodological approach for Life Cycle Sustainability Assessment LCSA (as combination of E-LCA, S-LCA and LCC) as well as tecno-economic assessment (TEA) in the context of the CHEERS project and bio-based industries in general. Furthermore, the report will provide initial recommendations based on a screening assessment for recommendations for scale-up for CHEERS.Linked with tasks 6.2 and 6.3

Report to evaluate the feasibility of the tailored technological solution for Alovera’s brewery from a technical, environmental and economical point of view. Detailed mass and energy balance including efficiencies of pre-treatments, compositions and flowrates of CO2, CH4 and CO currents and obtained bio-based products (caproic acid, chlorine, hydroxyectoine, PHB and SCP). Cost-benefit analysis according to potential markets, current uses and prices. List of relevant legislation and requirements. Implementation plan for the solution.D1.4 is linked to Task 1.4. To achieve the uptake of the innovations developed in CHEERS by other bio-based industries, this deliverable includes a comprehensive engagement strategy targeting bio-based industry professionals. The deliverable includes the definition of target audiences and of the events at which targeted bio-based industries are identified. It also includes the detailed planning of a series of workshops at the demo sites to demonstrate the effectiveness of the CHEERS bio-refinery to new companies, at which end-users of the products and policy makers are invited to demonstrate the market potential of the results of the project.D7.2 is linked with task 7.3

The first version of the Policy Brief. It is a clear and concise document that presents results and policy recommendations to a non-specialized audience, incorporating the mid-term inputs and findings of CHEERS project and other project/s funded under the same call and topic. It will provide evidence-based policy advice distilled from demonstration findings in plain language and will draw clear links to policy initiatives. It will contain, in 2-3 pages, an executive summary, an introduction, an overview of the problems addressed in the project, an examination of the interim findings, and a concluding section that explains the policy recommendations and implications of the demonstration.

this deliverable document will contain the technical specifications of the facilities of the pilot plant for the bio-valorisation of biomass and yeast from the MAHOU partner's beer production process:- Materials (closures and floor finishes).- Sanitary and food safety equipment.- Cold/heat production equipment. Indoor/outdoor electrical installations.- Humidity production equipment (by nebulization).- Probes and electronic data collection.- Installations of operation and governments of the installations.- Equipment for breeding insects.- Equipment for handling by-products and their pre-treatment.- Other equipment.- Certification body of technical control of the facilities (external report of accredited entity). - Graphic material accrediting the realization of the installation and its start-up (photo, video, others).D2.1 is linked to task 2.1

The updated version of the Data Management Plan. This version will build upon and update D8.4 to reflect any newly identified data that were collected/generated during the project as well as any changes in data previously identified and/or the methodology and plans of CHEERS for sound and FAIR data management.The overall aim is to specify data management and protection measures during the project as well as within 5 years after its completion. The DMP will be aligned with Guidelines FAIR Data Management in Horizon Europe (findable, accessible, interoperable and re-usable). Non confidential data will be available in non-proprietary format. The personal data collected will include basic personal data, such as email. No sensitive information such as religion and health state will be gathered. Personal data will be handled in line with the General Data protection Regulation (2016/679/EU).
